About Me

Hi, I'm Aigerim, a data analyst and researcher passionate about uncovering insights that drive smarter decisions. I work as a BI Analyst at Qlub, where I build dashboards, automate workflows, and help teams turn data into action.

Previously, I was a Research Assistant at the NYUAD Center for Behavioral Institutional Design, where I explored how people make decisions through data and experiments. I’ve also led analytical projects studying global trends in honesty, religiosity, and economics.

I’m passionate about the intersection of data, human behavior, and technology — always looking to learn, explore, and create impact through analytics and research.
